Welcome to Sceawere("Sceawere Security Labs", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering for, or using our website, APIs, or vulnerability intelligence workspace (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind such entity.
2. License & Acceptable Use
Sceawere grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our threat intelligence workspace strictly in accordance with these Terms.
Prohibited Conduct:
- Attempting to bypass authentication, rate limits, or security controls of Sceawere systems.
- Scraping, crawling, or automated bulk extraction without explicit written API consent.
- Using threat intelligence data to conduct malicious attacks, unauthorized exploits, or unlawful activities.
- Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing Sceawere proprietary vulnerability feeds to third parties without enterprise approval.
3. Subscriptions, Payments & Merchant of Record
Sceawere offers paid subscription tiers for advanced vendor scoping, report generation, and real-time alert integrations.
Merchant of Record: Payments, order processing, invoicing, and tax collection (VAT/Sales Tax) are conducted securely by our authorized Merchant of Record partners, including Paddle and Lemon Squeezy. By completing a transaction, you agree to the checkout terms and privacy conditions of our Merchant of Record.
Recurring Billing & Automatic Renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to your next renewal date via your Account Settings or by emailing info@sceawere.com.

4. Threat Intelligence Data Disclaimer & Warranty
Sceawere aggregates public vulnerability repositories (e.g., NVD, CISA KEV) and threat intelligence sources. THE SERVICES AND DATA ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
In no event shall Sceawere Security Labs or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, security breaches, or system downtime resulting from reliance on vulnerability feeds.
5. Account Termination & Governing Law
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in unauthorized system abuse. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial laws.
